What mattress is better than Saatva?
Established in 2010, Saatva specializes in direct-to-consumer luxury bed mattress under three brand names: Saatva, Loom & Leaf, and Zenhaven. Pocketed coils offer the Saatva Classic a good quantity of bounce near the top, and a plush top includes softness. As with all of the Saatva Business’s bed mattress, the Saatva Classic is provided by movers, rather than in a box.

Note: Saatva recently upgraded the Zenhaven, altering the type of latex used in its foam layers. We haven’t yet done a deep dive into the “natural” claims of Saatva or of other “eco-friendly” brand names. However we do understand that the company uses thistle pulp or natural wool as a flame retardant (as opposed to chemicals or fiberglass) and just organic cotton (instead of artificial blends) in its covers. As do other online bed mattress companies, Saatva promotes such bonus as zoned layers for “optimal spinal column support”; we’re less pleased with those functions and more appreciative of Saatva’s responsive customer care and durable foams and coils.
